There is a booking fee of £1 for all online transactions (this is per booking not transaction).
Should you require tickets to be posted, there will be a payment charge of 50p plus transaction fee of 60p.
TICKETS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RESOLD
1. The Event Organizers reserves the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for Behavior likely to cause damage, injury nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with a reasonable request of the event organizer.
2. Personal searches may be carried out to ensure the safety of other patrons.
3. Alcohol will be available at the event (subject to license). Id will be required for those that appear under the age of 21 years.
4. Any Patron found with their own alcohol in the Event Arena will be requested to remove the alcohol From the event Arena to a designated area. Failure to do so will result in ejection from Event Arena. There will be no Glass bottles allowed in the arena.
5. Admission is at the ticket holders own risk.
6. Re Admission will be with a Valid Ticket Only.
7. No professional cameras, video recorders or any form of professional audio – visual recording Equipment will be allowed in the event arena.
8. The ticket holder consents to the filming, photographing and sound recording of members of the audience.
9. There will be an administration charge for the issue of the event tickets; this may be Variable with each individual Box Office. Please refer to Box Office for their conditions of sale And terms of business.
PLEASE NOTE
1. Saturday 24th – no seating, patio/garden furniture or BBQ equipment to be brought into the arena, failure to comply will result in the patron/s being refused entry or ejected from the arena.
Sunday 25th – Picnic blankets and deck chairs will be allowed into the arena. However, no patio/garden furniture or BBQ equipment.
2. Food, Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Drinks will be sold in the event arena. Concessions will be Available to patrons only in the event arena. No Food or Drink will be allowed into the event arena from outside. Any patrons doing so will not be allowed into the event arena.
3. There will be no parking on site due to the concert’s technical requirements.
4. There will be no animals allowed on Site except guide dogs. Please advise when purchasing your tickets if access with a guide dog is required.
5. Other than the provisions advertised or outlined by the box office and marketing at the time Of sale and at the event any patrons are required to address any special needs with Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council Box Office staff. Without Prior Notice any special needs may Not be available to patrons. Any special needs will be at the event organizers discretion. There will be a wheelchair provision at the event and will be given on a first come first served basis, please advise when purchasing your tickets if this is required.
6. All attendance is at own risk.
7. There will be bright and flashing lights at the event and some sound levels may exceed 96dba.
