For those wanting to purchase tickets on the day, a Box Office will be in operation at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park from 1pm.
Please be advised there will only be a limited number of tickets made available for sale on the day.
Proceeds generated from booking fees will be donated to the Pontypridd War Memorial Appeal, which is one of the good causes supported by the 2011 Mayors Charity Appeal.
Should you require tickets to be posted you may incur a charge of 50p or alternatively tickets can be collected free of charge from the box office.
Ticket Collections
Tickets that have been purchased online can be collected from the Box Office at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park from 1pm on Saturday 23rd July.
TICKETS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RESOLD
1. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with a reasonable request of the event organiser.
2. Personal searches may be carried out to ensure the safety of other patrons.
3. This is an alcoholic event. ID will be required for those that appear under the age of 21 years.
4. Any patron found with their own alcohol in the Event Arena will be requested to remove the alcohol from the Event Arena to a designated area. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the Event Arena. There will be no glass bottles allowed in the Event Arena.
5. Admission is at the ticket holders own risk.
6. Re-admission will be with a valid ticket only at the organisers discretion.
7. No professional cameras, video recorders or any form of professional audio-visual recording requipment will be allowed in the Event Arena.
8. The ticket holder consents to the filming, photographing and sound recording of members of the audience.
9. There will be an administration charge / booking fee for the issue of the event tickets; this may be variable with each individual Box Office. Please refer to Box Office for their conditions of sale and terms of business.
PLEASE NOTE
1. STRICTLY NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT ARENA FROM OUTSIDE.
Any patrons doing so will not be allowed into the Event Arena. Food, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be sold in the Event Arena. Concessions will be available to patrons only in the Event Arena.
2. No large picnic furniture is allowed into the Arena on either 23rd and 24th July.
Picnic Blankets, foldaway single chairs and foldaway deckchairs will be permitted into the Arena on Sunday 24th July.
3. There will be no parking on site due to the concert’s technical requirements.
4. There will be a wheelchair provision at the event and will be given on a first come first served basis. There will be no animals allowed on site except guide dogs. Please advise when purchasing your tickets if access with a guide dog is required.
5. Other than the provisions advertised or outlined by the Box Office and marketing at the time of sale and at the event any patrons are required to address any special needs with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Box Office staff. Without prior notice any special needs may not be available to patrons. Any special needs will be at the event organisers discretion.
6. All attendance is at own risk.
7. There will be bright and flashing lights at the event and some sound levels may exceed 96dba.
